be involved in the project. Plan the business analysis roles.
Defining
Phase: Requirement gathering from the client, creating usecase diagrams, DFDs,
etc.
Designing
Phase: Review the proposed solution documents, keep the stakeholders engaged.
Work closely with the designer to ensure requirements are clear.
Building : Frequent
meetings with the developer to ensure the project is on the right track, review
prototypes.
Testing:
Review test scripts to ensure all functional requirements are being tested.
